Hi there, I’m Sian
I love working with partnerships – working with groups to agree shared visions, overcome challenges and create real change through new ways of working together. I love supporting organisations to develop their practice – helping to challenge thinking, spot opportunities for development and decide what to do next. I also enjoy evaluating programmes – exploring the lessons learned and the implications they have for future working.
I love working with clients who are keen to bring about change and looking for support to help them think through and plan how to make this happen. Relationships are important to me and I love working with clients who are open, honest and up for some fun!
I’ve worked with, and as part of, a wide range of organisations including the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, Arts Council England, Barbican Centre, East London Cultural Education Partnership, Conservatoire of Dance & Drama, Contemporary Visual Arts Network, Capital Age Festival, Arts Train and MUJU.
I’m always interested in exploring new models of collaborative working, especially partnerships that span across sectors. I’d also keen to work with organisations wanting to take stock and shape their future direction.
Clients I’ve worked with have said I bring a strong understanding of the cultural ecology, am passionate, insightful, organised and they’ve enjoyed working with me.
My specialist areas are collaborative working, strategic planning, cultural education, public engagement, place-making and music.
