Hi there, I’m Tom.
I love meeting new people and learning about their businesses. I’m happiest when I’m helping people become more effective through supportive and relevant learning and development. I particularly enjoy helping organisations check and challenge their strategy and ensure it’s happening on the ground.
I love to see a real passion for their product from clients but at the same time an openness to always see things from the customer’s perspective. I also love customers who have a desire to learn new ways of doing things and are willing to invest in the development of their people.
Some of the clients I have spent most time working with over the years include, Transport for London, Sport England, The Football Association, Lawn Tennis Association, Tennis Foundation, Commonwealth Games England and Cap Gemini.
In the future, I’d love to work with more businesses to really understand their challenges, partner with them to put a plan in place that builds on their strengths and addresses their issues.
Clients have said that I bring clarity to ambiguity and help others to see a way forward as well as recognise and develop talent through a supportive approach. They also say I have great energy and am good fun to work with.
