Now, more than ever, we are committed to helping arts and cultural organisations and their leaders to change, reshape, plan and prioritise. We’re working with our incredible associates who are themselves sector leaders, to bring you insights, advice, tools and resources. We’re here help you think about how we can re-model organisations, support staff, connect with the communities you work with and for, and to protect your organisations. We know we are in a moment of transformational change, and that there will be more change to come.

Our major programmatic response to these times is CULTURE RESET an urgent programme to reimagine arts and culture, which is currently live.

people make it work has been helping cultural organisations and leaders to change and develop for the last 20 years, and we are a team of 50 consultants, coaches and peers from all art forms and contexts, all of whom have real lived experience of leading some of our most treasured and respected cultural organisations. You can reach us all here, and we are ready to help you with tailored support, individual conversations or whatever you need.
