people make it work has been helping cultural organisations and leaders to change and develop for the last 20 years, and we are a team of 50 consultants, coaches and peers from all art forms and contexts, all of whom have real lived experience of leading some of our most treasured and respected cultural organisations. You can reach us all here, and we are ready to help you with tailored support, individual conversations or whatever you need.

Free Online Surgery

Every weekday at 2pm

Hosted by different consultant from the people make it work team each day. Every day, we are hosting a drop-in surgery session.

Between 2 and 3pm we are [online here] every weekday with our video surgery service, ready to support you with expert insight and guidance – free of charge.  Each day there will be a different member of our team, each with specialist expertise as well as deep knowledge of our team, so that they can offer a triage service. So whether you want advice, would like to be connected with one of our associates, or would like to talk us through the challenges you’re facing, please come and say hello. This surgery service is free and open to all leaders from any arts and cultural organisation across the UK.
