Hi there, I’m Bev.

I love to facilitate important conversations about things that matter with people who work beyond the payment and are trying to make a difference in the world. I am not fearful of really scary situations in organisations, in fact, I am stimulated by it and am at a point in my work where my attention is firmly focused on what my clients need and how I can facilitate that in an impactful way.

I love clients who are open to possibilities, who are not attached to their own ego and who have no preconceived idea about how to get to the goal but have a goal in mind – it is often that what they think they want/need in itself is a piece of work and I love to find the openness and trust in a client who is prepared to let go of what that might be.

Some of the organisations I have worked with over the years include: UnLtd, BBC Singers, Clore Leadership Programme, Clore Social Leadership Programme, NHS (Bradford A&E Dept), Wings for Life (charitable arm of Red Bull), Cultural Spring, English Heritage, Sequels, Huddersfield University, Orangebox, Halifax

In the future, I’d love to more work around helping organisations to generate increased individual and organisation resilience, impact and sustainability.

Nice things clients have said about me include: “Bev helped us to break down big questions into really engaging exercises which brought out the best in everyone. She has an instinctive talent for working with groups. Bev was highly recommended to me and I will be passing on that recommendation to others.“ Nikki Wilson, Head of Wings for Life UK.

“Bev is punchy, interactive and thought provoking! She facilitated in a respectful, inclusive and inquisitive way. Great!”. Gillian Kirkman, Huddersfield University.

My specialist areas include facilitation, emotional intelligence, self leadership, wellbeing, resilience, devising and delivering tailor-made training, organisation culture, mediation, social enterprise
