We recognise that every situation is unique. If  4 quarterly payments over 12 months (£525 for organisations, £315 for individuals) suits your needs better, please reach out to discuss this option.

Hey You. I’m Vicki Igbokwe-Ozoagu, Director of Empowerment at people make it work.

Being a lonely leader is something I’ve experienced first-hand, and, at times, still do.
It doesn’t truly go away, right? Some days are full and connected, while others can be dark and overwhelming. When I look back at my journey, the brighter times were when I found spaces to connect with like-minded individuals on their own paths. Spaces where I could share ideas, speak out loud and get meaningful feedback, vent a little, laugh, cry, and celebrate without fear of judgment.

As a coach, mentor, and facilitator, I’ve supported Artistic Directors, CEOs, creative entrepreneurs, artists and more. Leaders who hold the vision and make it happen. Many of them know what it’s like to walk into a room and feel like an outsider. To be the only one with their perspective, their lived experience, their way of seeing the world. I’ve helped them prioritise themselves, put their visions first, and build sustainable habits that support both their well-being and work.

I understand what it’s like to feel stretched too thin, questioning every decision, and yearning for spaces where you can simply be. Spaces where your superpower, being yourself, is truly celebrated.That’s why I created Lonely Leaders, a space that brings together everything I’ve wished for at different points in my journey. A space where you can find connection, clarity, confidence, courage, and the kind of support that reminds you that you’re not alone.
