Hi there, I’m Claire.

I enjoy working with clients who are open to learning, passionate about what they do, and committed to improving their performance.

I work with coachees in a wide variety of roles including newly promoted managers, senior executives and sole traders working on a range of goals from developing their leadership style, to improving a particular work relationship to achieving a better work-life balance.

In the future I hope to deliver more coach training, particularly for those who want to use coaching skills for leadership.

Recent coaching clients include Turner Contemporary, Engage (national association of gallery education), British Council Accelerate Leadership programme, Tate and Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.

My specialist areas include executive coaching, coaching to improve performance and improving emotional intelligence. I have been coaching for four years and am an accredited Relational Dynamics coach and an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.
