Hi there, I’m Vicky.
I love ‘joining the dots’ for organisations and their leaders. I’m passionate about developing meaningful strategies that have employee commitment as well as executive sign-up. I really enjoy leading and developing teams to increase resilience, grow change management capability and improve individual and team performance.
I love to work with leaders who are open to new thinking and who are willing to build an open and trusting partnership with me, and offer me challenge as well! I work better with clients who give me autonomy to design and deliver plans, and also I really admire those with courage to see through the changes needed to deliver their goals.
I have worked with a range of NHS clients including NHS Yorkshire and Humber Commissioning Support, NHS Wakefield Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Harrogate and Rural District Clinical Commissioning Group, York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
In the future, I’d love to do more strategy development, implementation and change management in public sector organisations and NGOs. I would like to support organisations to develop their leadership capability and develop high performing and motivated teams.
