We work with stories all the time in the creative and cultural sector. But how aware are we of the stories we tell that shape our own lives?
Dan is a Leadership & Transformation Coach. He works with people so that they can:
• step into and take ownership of their story;
• define and achieve success on their own terms;
• live and work in a way that looks and feels authentic to them.
His ‘storytelling’ approach incorporates a unique blend of co-active coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, positive psychology, mindfulness and somatic coaching. As well as supporting personal and professional growth and transformation, it builds mental and emotional agility and strengthens resilience.
He coaches individuals, groups and teams, working with people and businesses across the creative and cultural sector, charities, and corporates. His global client base has come from organisations including: the British Museum, Lloyds Bank, Save the Children, ScreenSkills, US Federal Government, WaterAid, and the Young Vic Theatre. He facilitates the Clore Fellowship residential programmes and coaches some of the Fellows. As a writer, he’s developing a slate of projects for film, TV and theatre.
He’s one of ‘those’ people who got into running in his 30s and goes on about how good it is for his mental wellbeing while secretly just wanting to smash his personal bests. And to get out of his comfort zone he’s learning the flying trapeze.
