Mikayla is one of Anisa Morridadi’s Associates specialising in governance, culture and change
management. She joins with a passion for people leading with an inclusive intersectional mindset
and making room for joy along the way. Mikayla has made a career developing and encouraging
young and diverse talent to reach positions of influence and leadership. Mikayla has recently
embarked into the world of freelance consultancy within the gaming and tech industry combining
her passion for gaming with her passion for equitable representation and inclusivity. Between
Summer 2019 and Spring 2021 Mikayla led work on Equality Diversity and Inclusion work within
Organisational Development at the local authority launching the very first Workforce Race Equity
Review. Mikayla is a skilled facilitator and programme developer and is in the 2019 cohort of
Birmingham Live’s 30 under 30 in recognition for her work with young people in developing and
delivering meaningful programmes around leadership. Mikayla has much experience with varying
organisation structures and processes including Birmingham City Council UpRising Leadership,
