Victoria currently works as a Research Associate at The University of Manchester. Victoria worked previously at Coventry University researching the creative sector, and has a background in evaluation across arts, culture and heritage.

As a freelancer she has worked with a range of organisations to develop marketing plans, audience development strategies and research reports.

She is a Trustee of Hubbub (a theatre company for learning disabled actors), and a director of S.H.E.D (a Community Interest Company focused on participatory art practice).

Before this, she worked in London and Coventry as a programme manager in education and policy, and then took a break to travel and to train as a mountain leader. Maps, navigation and journeys are her thing, literally and metaphorically.
