people make it work is excited to announce the Future Boards Accelerator Programme, delivered in partnership with the West Midlands Combined Authority. The programme is part of a wider skills development and business support programme, building on the legacy of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Future Boards Accelerator is about promoting inclusive governance and ensuring that a more diverse range of voices are included in boards, steering groups and leadership of arts, culture and heritage organisations in the West Midlands.

 

There are two strands of the programme:

For Individuals

For Organisations

We are looking for two cohorts of 12 individuals to participate in a programme of workshops, training, mentoring and visits to organisations to build confidence and skills with a view to taking their next steps in leadership or governance.  For detailed information about the opportunity for individuals click on the ‘find out more here’ button below.
