Finance Assistant

Deadline for applications 12pm on the 31st August, 2022
Organised, logical, with a super-human attention to detail… ? We’d love to hear from you.
We have a new opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the growing team people make it work. We’re a small organisation who work at an incredible pace to support the arts and cultural sector to change, develop and transform. We work with amazing clients, a community of associate consultants and deliver a range of programmes to organisations, networks and groups. All of this means that we’re really busy all of the time and we need someone amazing to help us track, monitor and manage our financial systems and processes. So if you’re self motivated, have a keen eye for numbers and detail, excellent time management skills, and you’re super organised in your work we really would love to hear from you. Of equal importance to us is finding people who share our mission to be awesome, transformational, deliver exceptional service and ensure inclusivity for all.  We are clear that to do this with vision and confidence we must have a greater diversity of voices, so we’re particularly keen to hear from candidates from backgrounds currently under-represented ( Black, Asian and other ethnically diverse candidates and those who identify as D/deaf or disabled).
Reporting to the Business Planning and Finance Manager, we’re looking for someone with the skills and appetite to manage our financial systems with rigour and clarity, and to share our ambitions to create an inclusive, diverse and sustainable organisation. We’d absolutely love to hear from you.
