In September we will have a dual focus. The two strands we will be looking at this month are Building my Business and Developing my Leadership.
When focusing on the business strand, the key sessions will be all about developing processes. This includes an introduction to finance, business planning and Theory of Change.
The key theme on the leadership strand is leading in your work. The sessions will be on how to grow your organisation and how to learn from others.
