DEVELOPING MY LEADERSHIP
This strand is all about developing your leadership. It encompasses elements such as managing people, engaging and influencing others and leading others.
You will learn and discuss different theories relating to leadership, and become confident in your own leadership style, which will help in your relationship management and your work with others.
Finally, you will also have the opportunity to have 1-2-1’s with session hosts working in leadership development.
